Thank you for using our services.

These terms and conditions are provided to clarify the purchasing process with Quantum I.T. Ltd and by websites administered by Quantum I.T. Ltd where these terms and conditions are applicable. By using a website with an online purchasing system that is administered by Quantum I.T. Ltd to view products and place an order, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions regardless of whether or not you choose to register with the website. Please take time to read these details and if you do not agree with them, please do not register or use the website.

Prices and Payment

All prices are in £ sterling and include UK VAT at the appropriate rate. Delivery charges are included in the prices quoted unless specified otherwise. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. Payment is taken once we have established that we can fulfil your order, checked details and stock availability and despatched your goods.

Delivery

We only deliver during normal working days within mainland UK, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man. To maintain competitive prices, we cannot guarantee delivery times. We will endeavour to dispatch goods within 10 days of confirmation of payment. Certain items may be subject to availability as specified on the website.

Delivery Costs

Delivery is calculated by the weight and size of the order and may be dependant upon the delivery address. If not included with the item, the delivery cost is shown separately as the order is added to the basket.

Purchasing

All items offered on our website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on our website, click the "Add to Basket" button shown on each product page. When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button "Order Now", we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've accepted your order or dispatched the product to you. The contract will be filed. For safety reasons your order’s data are not accessible via internet. We keep these data in confidence according to our privacy policy.

Availability

If, after the check-out process, any item selected is unavailable we will contact you by email or telephone and offer you an alternative or cancel the order.

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return them for a full refund. This will apply to your order unless you order goods made to your own specification, perishable goods or goods that by their nature cannot be returned. Should you cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email, fax or letter. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned in saleable condition at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service. Should you order, details of this right will be sent to you with your confirmatory e-mail.

Orders and enquiries are processed between 8am – 6pm including weekends and bank holidays. Telephone enquiries are handled between 10am - 4pm Monday – Friday.
