System Support
Quantum I.T. offers a support service that is based upon our policy of high quality customer service.
We have a wide experience of computer systems from individual systems to complete networks. We can provide support on a hourly basis or as a support package. All services can be customised to meet your requirements.
On-Site Support
Each customer has a different requirement. We can provide a regular maintenance of a system, including review of back-ups and restores, system resource conditioning and application software support. Regular maintenance visits can be arranged to ensure that your system runs smoothly, often diagnosing problems before they cause a major system breakdown. Call out faults will be attended to depending upon the level of the support contract.
Email Support
Email Support is available to every customer of Quantum I.T. and can be used as often as each customer wishes. Questions/Problems will be answered, by email or telephone as promptly as possible, normally within 1 working day.
We can provide a fast, easy to use, minimum spam email service that includes a comprehensive webmail application.
Telephone Support
This service is available to every customer of Quantum IT and can be used as often as each customer wishes. All telephone calls are logged and a response, will be available within one working day.
If required, a priority Telephone service contract can be provided. Contracts are available on either a call, monthly or annual basis. Response from this service is dependent upon the type of contract required to suit your business.
