of high quality customer service.
We have a wide experience of computer systems
from individual systems to networks with operating systems
covering Microsoft, Lotus and Novell. We support Windows
NT/95/98/2000/XP and all associated programs.
All Services can be customised to meet your
requirements.
We can provide support from a single day’s
work to a comprehensive support package.

On-Site
Support
Each customer has a different requirement. We can provide
a regular maintenance of a system, including review of back-ups
and restores, system resource conditioning and application
software support. Regular maintenance visits can be arranged
to ensure that your system runs smoothly, often diagnosing
problems before they cause a major system breakdown. Call
out faults will be attended to depending upon the level of
the support contract.
This
service is usually made available by purchasing either a
Monthly or an Annual on-site support contract.

E-Mail
Support
E-mail Support is available to every customer of Quantum
IT and can be used as often as each customer wishes. Questions/Problems
will be answered, by E-mail, as promptly as possible, normally
within 2 to 3 working days.
If required,
a priority E-mail service contract can be provided. Response
from this service will be within one working day answered
by E-mail, telephone or Fax.

Telephone
Support
This service is available to every customer of Quantum IT
and can be used as often as each customer wishes. All telephone
calls are logged and a response, not necessarily a solution,
will be available within one working day.
If required, a priority Telephone service
contract can be provided. Contracts are available on either
a call, monthly or annual basis. Response from this service
is dependent upon the type of contract required to suit
your business.
